Trusted Link Technical Solutions is a veteran-owned cybersecurity and managed IT services company founded in 2025 by Joe and Jessie Allen, both proud Air Force veterans, with one goal in mind: cybersecurity should not be limited to large corporations. After watching small businesses, healthcare organizations, and public entities across Northwest Florida become direct targets for cybercriminals, we decided to do something about it. Leveraging our combined background in defensive cyber operations and IT, we built a managed IT and cybersecurity model that meets small businesses where you are, then strengthens security into your daily operations. We believe cybersecurity should not be treated as a cost center, but as a mission accelerator.

Working together at a large healthcare network showed us just how much small healthcare clinics carry: the patient data they protect, the care they provide, and the trust their communities place in them every day. That experience is why Trusted Link specializes in HIPAA compliance and cybersecurity for healthcare organizations first, while also supporting small businesses throughout Fort Walton Beach, Niceville, Crestview, Destin, and the surrounding Okaloosa and Walton County communities.

The name Trusted Link was chosen deliberately. Trust has to exist between an organization and its managed IT provider. IT providers sit at the center of business operations and are handed sensitive data every day, that role has to be earned. Link matters too. Our goal is to be the link between where an organization is today and where it wants to go, whether that means closing HIPAA compliance gaps, reducing cybersecurity risk, or simply having IT that works when you need it.

Our mission is to be that trusted link for healthcare practices and small businesses across Northwest Florida and the Florida Panhandle. We bring years of combined expertise in cybersecurity, IT operations, and web development, and we believe our clients deserve nothing less. But bigger goals don't outweigh the small things.
